Management Committee Meetings Minutes

Management Committee Meetings are held at least two times a year.
March, when Trophies are handed out to the previous season winners. Also fees are paid and Score Cards handed out. Usually any alterations to the Clubs fixture Lists are given to the Fixture Secretary at this meeting.
In October we have our final meeting followed by the Annual General Meeting and return of Trophies.
 
Each Club is entitled to have a representative at these Meetings. (see Representatives Page).
 
If players or Clubs wish to have anything discussed at these meeting then they can do so by communicating via the secretary or preferably through their club representative.
 
For the enlightenment of it's members most Clubs maintain an In House Record of all Meetings held.
We thought it might also be a good idea if our members (and Keith Weeks) knew what was being discussed at our Meetings.
So from now on copies of our minutes will be published as soon as possible after the meetings are held.
 
The next Management Meeting will be on Monday 18th March 2019 at the Isca Centre starting at 2.30pm. Will Club representatives please bring their Club's entry fees to this meeting.
